- I have grown up in the church my whole life. I accepted Christ at an early age and have been getting to know him better ever since. I love the joys and privileges of being a Christian. I have peace and assurance in knowing that God has everything under control and he loves me no matter what happens; no matter what I do I can bring it to the cross. I have always been a worry-wart. Even when I know everything will be ok, my flesh creeps up on me and I get frighteningly overwhelmed. However, Christ always saves me, and pulls me up into his safe arms, assuring me that he has a perfect plan that will work together for good. Because I am his holy child, I have a joy that will last forever. He is my peace, my shield, my comforter, and nothing can separate me from his love.
